ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

I care passionately about the environment and how we care for our planet, and I try to keep my business as substantially sound as possible whilst also conforming with relevant laws.

All of my plants come from as close as possible to my business address to keep carbon emissions low, but also to support local businesses. When this isn't possible I get my plants through a wholesaler based in Ipswich, and the plants are imported from the Netherlands.

All of my packaging can be recycled including the paper tape used to seal my boxes. My paper bags are made from recycled paper. My marketing materials are made from kraft paper and 100% recycled paper, and can all be recycled.

My vases are either 1005 recycled glass, handmade by a small business in the UK or brought from vintage shops local to me, hence why my terrariums tend to be one off creations.

My potting mediums are made from coconuts and rice husks.

All of my packaging is either re-used where possible or disposed of according to UK laws on commercial waste. I send nothing to landfill.
